Our Story
Brad and Bridget Bell started BellAir Heating and Cooling, Inc. in 1997 in Lubbock before moving the business to Frisco in 2001. BellAir has served the Frisco and North Texas area since. Both were born and raised in small west Texas towns. They pride themselves in bringing not only their west Texas hospitality, but their values of hard work, honesty, and dependability into their workplace and into your home daily, in every single job.
The Bells have raised three boys, Kelly, Gunnar, and Brooks. Their oldest, Kelly, graduated from Frisco Centennial, and the younger two from Gunter High School. Kelly and Gunnar are both graduates of Texas Tech University, just like Brad and Bridget. The youngest, Brooks, is currently attending North Central Texas College on a baseball scholarship. The Bells have always been extremely involved in their community, church, and the boys’ many sports, FFA, and other activities while in high school and college.

Community Support
The Bells, along with the Gunter Buyer’s Club, award an exceptional Gunter FFA student the Rising Sun Scholarship each year in honor of their son, Gunnar, who served as one of the twelve Texas FFA State Officers in 2021/2022 during his freshman year of college. Gunnar was the very first Gunter High School FFA student to hold a State Officer position.
